A Beautiful Adult Resort - Perfectly Located

We enjoyed our stay - Mitsis Memories is a lovely resort and the front desk receptionist, Lydmilla (sp?) went above and beyond to accommodate us. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the private beach steps from the hotel's pool. Definitely bring water shoes... the bay is clear, beautiful, and rocky. Mitsis provides daily fresh beach towels, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. We paid for both breakfast and dinner - the food is plentiful and mostly very good. The fruit and vegetables are fresh and delicious. We were less than a 10 minute taxi ride from the village of Lindos, St Paul's Bay, and the Acropolis of Lindos. This is an adult only resort and the average age was probably 50+. We would definitely stay here again.

This was listed as a 5 star hotel, yet the rooms are extremely dated and don’t have many of the amenities you’d expect like an iron or a hair dryer. The primary restaurant is a buffet, and served often cold dishes that were tasteless. I have to say, the food here was really poor. The staff are very kind and polite, but the food just really let this place down, especially given there’s nowhere local to eat other than lindos town which is a 10 min taxi ride away (if you can get a taxi). I guess my point is, this place is ok, it’s just absolutely not the 5 star hotel it claims to be. I feel a little cheated with this one.

Beautiful

The hotel is beautiful, quiet, peacefull. The privet beach of the hotel has the most beautiful and clear water in the area. The staff were very kind and friendly. When we arrived they brought us cold champagne and cold towels which was a nice welcoming. After that all drinks cost money and were very expensive. Breakfast was good but dinner was horrible! Very low water current in the bathtub. Beside those few things we enjoyed the stay!

L'hotel est très bien situé. En bord de plage dans une petite crique. Tres joli, le personnel est très sympatique et très serviable. Les repas sont bons. L'endroit est paisible excepté la VMC que l'on ne peut pas coupé la nuit. Vraiement dommage car dela est bruyant pour dormir. Pour le reste rien à redire.

Un établissement où l'on se sent considéré !

Etablissement à taille humaine avec un personnel qui a à coeur de bien faire son travail et d'être au service de ses hôtes. La qualité des aliments est d'un très bon niveau, le service à table est très professionnel et le personnel du restaurant et de la taverne aimable est attentif et aimable. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et le nettoyage quotidien des chambres est fait avec rigueur. Suite à un problème en début de séjour, la direction de l'établissement a réagit rapidement et efficacement à notre demande. C'est la quatrième fois que nous séjournons de ce lieu de rêve et nous avons toujours autant de plaisir à y revenir. Il y avait cette année un peu plus de personnel qui s'exprimait en français, mais cela n'est pas suffisant lorsque nous avons des demandes précises à formuler, il serait bien qu'il y aie au moins une personne de la réception qui parle français. Les +++ : L'amabilité et la serviabilité du personnel - La proximité de la mer et l'accès direct à la piscine - La qualité des aliments et du pain en particulier - Le confort de la chambre et plus particulièrement de la literie. Les --- : Le choix limité de vin au verre - L'impossibilité de conserver une bouteille de vin pour plusieurs repas - La carte de la taverne qui n'a pas beaucoup changée en 4 ans.

This hotel is in a peaceful, picturesque bay approx 1.5km outside Lindos. It provides the perfect balance as you can relax by the sea all day and head into Lindos for sightseeing and shopping in the evening. We loved it here and would definitely return. The evening meal was included and provided a great selection but personally I prefer trying different tavernas with authentic greek cuisine, so we ate out a couple of evenings/lunch.

A week was not long enough!

Had a wonderful week at this hotel. We chose it for it's quiet secluded location on a private beach & were not disappointed. The sea was gorgeous & there was also a lovely pool. Although it is isolated it is only a short taxi ride from Pefkos & Lindos or you can walk into Lindos which we did several times. It is a very welcoming hotel with very friendly helpful staff. The variety & quality of food served at breakfast & dinner is outstanding. There is also a pool bar for food during the day but it is quite pricey. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool & on the beach & we never had any problem finding empty ones at any time of the day. We enjoyed the selection of cocktails available at the bar during the evening. I only have one criticism & that is the price of bottled water purchased from the hotel. At 3.50 euros per l.5l this was quite a cost for a family of 4 as it was only provided for free at breakfast. We chose to stock up whenever we went into a town. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in & we really enjoyed what we saw of Rhodes.

Liked: not crowded, great pool, free yoga sessions (a shock for my old body!), good food, fantastic service The beach was very nice by any standards but surpassed by the nearby St Paul's bay in Lindos. A little jetty to get passed the stones to the deeper swim would make a big difference. We found it difficult NOT to have our towels replaced every day. So many hotels offer a 'green' service to save water etc by keeping towels for more than a day yet seem unable to follow through, and they change them anyway.

Nice stay

Quiet and relaxing stay Pleased I booked this hotel They need to re do bathrooms and have sauna and steam room.

מלון מדהים. מיקום מדהים. חוף שקט ויפה. מאוד נהננו מהחדר מהמיטה שהייתה נוחה מאוד. ארוחות הבוקר והערב היו טובות מאוד. הצוות של המלון מדהים. השרות היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד.ממליצים בחום.

חווית טיול מהממת, החל מהמיקום, המקום, הניקיון, צוות המלון האדיב שנותן תחושה של משפחתיות, ויש לציין את צוות החדר אוכל ומי שמנהל אותו בחור בשם פאנוס שאין שני לו, אדיב מקסים ונותן לך תחושה של בית, מספק לך את כל מה שרק אתה רוצה, פשוט לבבי ברמות וזה משהו שזוכרים בעיקר. העזיבה משם היתה קשה מרוב הכייף והתחושה שהותירו לנו, טעם טוב שנותר, ואין לנו ספק שנחזור לשם ויותר מזה הם אימצו להם לקוחות קבועים החל מכעת, הרמה שם מעל ומעבר, איכות בראש ובראשונה לגבי הכל....פשוט גן עדן חלומי.

Great hotel, wonderful food, fantastic staff!

Great place to stay if you want good food, clean accommodation and a place to relax! its a little out of your way from Lindos town but either a 5 min taxi or 20 min walk and you are there. All in all, a great find and we would go back.

Fabulous

Our third visit to this amazing hotel and yet again did not disappoint. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel special. The level of service is exceptional and mention must also go to those you don’t see who work tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring your stay is just perfection. The food in the restaurant and poolside taverna is quality, especially the evening a la carte dinner menus. The view over the bay adds to the total relaxation a stay at this hotel affords. We will be returning!!

Amazing!

Can not fault this hotel, from start to finish the staff made our stay great. The hotel is beautiful and the food was really good. The staff alone are amazing & so kind. Never been at a hotel with such kind staff. Only down side to hotel is that the walk to Lindos Village is around 20 mins which would normally not bother us but in the heat it seemed to take ages, however taxi is €6 and there is a bus stop at the top of the hill which is €1.80. We Would defiantly stay here again!

We have a very good time

Very good, friendly stuff and high quality food (vegan friendly). A very nice coast and swimming pool.
