Tres bel appartement chambre, salon, cuisine et grand balcon, tres confortable. Le seul probleme est que le systeme d air climatisé était brisé pour cet unité uniquement, sinon j aurais donné 5 étoiles

Ottimo appartamento zona tranquilla

Appartamento in ottimo stato molto bello, ben ammobiliato e con tutti i comfort. Perfetto per 2 . Proprietario gentilissimo e Puntuale . Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal metro e 20 a piedi dal centro/acropoli.

A l'écart des plages, simple mais acceuillant

Logement simple, mais propre et personnel accueillant. Piscine agréable, coin cuisine correct. Un peu de maintenance à prévoir côté douche et clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Environnement assez bruyant la nuit du fait des aboiements extérieurs continus, mais ça, l'hôtel n'y peu pas grand chose ...

Poor choice

Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. There was only a sheet covering the cheap mattress, no mattress pad or anything. If you are a couple and would like to snuggle this is not the place for you. The mattresses are on wooden framed boxes that when pushed together leave about an 8-inch gap. There is only a sheet as a cover and a thick winter blanket in the closet that didn’t feel like it had been cleaned for ages to cover up with. I mistakenly made the wrong date and they charged us 50 euro, I understand that it was my fault but many times when someone makes a mistake and is going to stay, they don’t cancel, and they have rooms available, it is free of charge. The owners were not around very often but when they were there they said we had to buy all alcohol from them. Well maybe if we could predict when they would be around. Were we supposed to randomly guess when they would be there? They didn’t open the office at any regular time so if we had any questions they weren’t there to help. The maid cleaned only once during our stay and when we asked for towels another time when we came back in she didn’t do anything to tidy up even make the beds.

Posizione strategica e tranquilla !

Piscina e bar permettono un soggiorno piacevole anche nei momenti in cui non si ha voglia di visitare il centro del paese o una delle strepitose spiagge dell'isola. Da questa posizione abbiamo raggiunto tutti i punti di interesse dell'isola e, dopo cena, abbiamo sempre fatto anche delle belle passeggiate per il centro del paese.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10gg a luglio 2018. Bellol’appartamento, con comoda piscina e bar. Eva e il personale sono davvero disponibili e gentili, cercano di soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Le pulizie sono ben fatte e la struttura sembra nuova. Lo consiglio a tutti: famiglie e coppie. Il posto è tranquillo senza schiamazzi e confusione di notte.

Very pleasant - excellent experience!

This was a pleasant experience! Many thanks to Eva, she was fantastic. The room was actually a small apartment, with its own balcony, just next to the pool and bar area. The breakfast was delicious. I would happily stay in this hotel again.

Pour un séjour de deux semaines en couple, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Les appartements sont confortables, la literie est faite tous les deux jours. Vous pouvez étendre votre linge sur le balcon, une corde à linge avec des pinces à linge sont fournis. Le personnel est souriant et aimable. La piscine est impeccable, les transats et parasols aussi. Attention, quelques précautions élémentaires. 1. Pensez à prendre des mesures contre les moustiques car ils bien présents en soirée. 2. Ne laissez pas traîner de nourriture dans l'appartement, il y a aussi des minuscules fourmis qui peuvent venir s'inviter chez vous. Il y a aussi des bonus cachés car l'ensemble est proche de plusieurs commodités entre 2 et 7 min à pieds. 1. Un magasin de location de vélos/motos pour circuler dans tout Kos, le MotoSpeed. 2. Un des meilleurs restaurants de Kos Town, le Taverna Tsambala. 3. Un supermarché qui se double d'une boutique de souvenirs, le Konstantinos. 4. Un distributeur automatique de billets (ATM) parce qu'en Grèce, vous utiliserez rarement votre carte bancaire. 5. La plage de Lambi, pas la plus jolie de l'île mais tellement pratique.

Nice quiet location but close enough to everything

We had a lovely stay, staff were helpful and cheerful and hotel was quiet, clean and well kept.

Fantastic

Friendly, helpful owners/staff. Apartment had large balcony and separate bedroom with a/c. Clean and cleaner came in every 2 days to change towels etc. Kitchen is okay for making snacks and tea/coffee. Bathroom has full shower and plenty hot water. Pool area has bar and plenty sun beds. Security boxes in reception area. Location is peaceful, safe and one street away from main road to Kos town centre. Walk 15/20 mins to centre with plenty bars and restaurants en route. Excellent value and definitely would return.

Hotelli oli täydellisellä paikalla hieman syrjässä mutta silti lyhyen matkan päässä Kosin kaupungin keskustasta ja rannasta. Hotelli oli todella mukava ja siisti, yksi kertainen mutta juuri sitä mitä hain, hintaansa nähden täydellinen. Uima-allas oli ihana ja altaalla oli rauhallista ja joka aamu hyvin tilaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja mukavaa, suosittelen!

Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato dal 24/08 al 2/09/2016. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibili. Appartamento e piscina molto puliti, struttura ben tenuta e curata. Vicino al mare e alla città di kos. Grazie ancora a Eva e tutto lo staff!! Torneremo sicuramente!

Dejligt hotel til prisen

Jeg har besøgt hotellet af 2 omgange i 2015. Værtsparret er unge og friske. Prisen er rimelig. Rengøringsstandarden var høj. Faktisk var jeg generelt positivt overrasket over, hvad jeg fik for pengene og kan derfor kun anbefale det til alle, der ikke sætter krav om luxusstandard på værelser

Sängarna var så obekväma att jag inte fick en enda blund mot slutet. Fjädrarna tryckte mot ryggen så det kändes som att sova på en ojämn grusväg. Städningen var varannan dag men de bytte inte lakan en enda gång, och de var inte rena från början. Handdukar bytte dem nån gång men då blev det fel och vi fick bara jättesmå handdukar. Vid utcheckning så var där ingen personal, han hade försovit sig så vi fick vänta 1,5h innan städerskan lyckades väcka honom! Biblioteket består av c:a 10 böcker! Förutom ovan nämnda problem så var det ett mysigt hotell. Hade dock inte besökt det igen!

schöne apartmentanlage in Strandnähe

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Nikos und Eva. Das ganze Team ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich direkt um deine Anliegen. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist wirklich kaum zu schlagen. Die zwei Zimmerapartments sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Alle zwei Tage werden die Zimmer gesäubert und man bekommt neue Handtücher und Bettbezüge. Der schöne Pool, samt Poolbar, laden zum längeren Verweilen ein. Die Anlage befindet sich etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum der Stadt, welches jedoch in 20 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist. Wenn wir nach Kos zurückkehren, werden wir definitiv wieder dort einchecken.

nice staff, no one cleans!

The hotel is nice and quiet; the swimming pool pleasant; the staff is really nice- but you never see them in your room! For three days no one changed the towels, gave soap, or took the rubbish out! Let me tell you, no one provided the toilet paper (apart from the welcome pack), either. Disappointed The kitchenette is a bit under- stuffed - no knife, the cutlery really child- size; no kettle, no salad bowl, only 1 socket in the kitchen area., so you can't have a coffee and cook your dinner at the same time. The coffee-maker a bit rusty. No tv in the room, or radio.

not close to anything

nice quiet hotel good for families, not close to the beach or town. no breakfast.they said it was an apartment but there was no broom or soap or anything to wash dishes. So it was difficult to live there.

spędziliśmy w tej lokalizacji tydzień - apartament: "studio 3 os. superior". plusy: przestronne pokoje, duża łazienka, czysto. minusy: mimo opisu pokoju w ofercie i dodatkowego potwierdzenia z hotelem, że będą 3 pojedyncze łóżka i klimatyzacja w cenie, na miejscu zaproponowano nam apartament z łóżkiem małżeńskim i klimatyzacja lub z 3 osobnymi pojedynczymi łóżkami ale bez klimatyzacji. kuchnia wyposażona w dwupalnikową kuchenkę elektryczną i lodówkę. brak czajnika, zagotowanie wody na kawę/herbatę trwa długo. w ofercie była tez mowa o "kosmetykach wliczonych w cenę". w pierwszym dniu były 3 saszetki szamponu i na tym koniec. ale pomijając te minusy, urlop był bardzo udany. stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry, polecam.

Un accueil très sympathique, chaleureux et discret. Une chambre simple mais d'une propreté impeccable.L’hôtel de petite capacité est situé en dehors de l'agitation de la ville de Kos. Une grande piscine, et un bar sont les seuls services offerts. Plusieurs magasins se trouvent à proximité, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants. Les moyens de communication ne manquent pas sur l'île, bus, taxis, et surtout le vélo, idéal sur l'ile, proximité aussi location de voiture.

Keskustaan hieman matkaa, mutta polkupyörät kuuluvat hintaan. Rauhallinen tunnelma. Todella siistiä. Hyvä ilmastointi. Sängyt liian kovat mielestäni. Sievä pieni puutarha. Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. We stayed a week, a peaceful hotel, a nice small garden, good air conditioning. Everything very clean and well taken care. Good quality-price relatio.

Lage etwas Abseits der Stadt Kos, aber trotzdem gibt es ein paar Tavernen in der Nähe. Die Apartments sind großzügig und (fast?) immer mit Terrasse. Der Pool als Sahnehäubchen ist auch super. Insgesamt bei dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis weiterzuempfehlen.
