Erholsam. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit, aber in keinster Weise aufdringlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Anlage sehr ansprechend. Meer in 3 Minuten erreichbar.

Wir haben die zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen! Der Ort bietet alles was man braucht, Geschäfte, Tavernen etc. Ist aber nicht so von Touristen überlaufen wie andere Orte. Die Wohnung entspricht dem griechischen Standard, ist für zwei Personen ausreichend groß und funktionell. Die Appartmentanlage ist wunderschön angelegt und man daher gut den Wein auf der Terrasse genießen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht auch Deutsch und Englisch und macht seinen Job professionell.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Kokkini Hani. Das Apartment, wir waren im 1. Stock mit Balkon, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad zwar sehr klein, aber für 2 Personen ist alles völlig ausreichend. Die Lage ist gut, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bushaltestelle, alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einen schönen Strand, Mitsis Rinela Beach, erreicht man zu Fuß nach 10 Minuten. Manolis hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt und Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was a great apartment and the owner was very nice and helpful. We had everything we needed and whenever we had questions we didn't have to hesitate to ask the owner. A clean apartment. Calm and enough space for 4 people. We were 3 and it was perfect. Close to the beach. Nice destination to the airport and Heraklion very easy to reach things by bus.

A environ 8 km de Héraklion, très propre, plage à 100 m; commodités à proximité. En revanche, la proximité de l'aéroport rend le coin plutôt bruyant. Comme nous nous sommes beaucoup promenés, dans la journée il n'y avait pas de problème; en revanche les approches des avions toutes les 5 à 10 min jusqu'à minuit et plus et à partir de 6 hs ou moins chaque matin rendaient les nuits plutôt courtes.

Une belle découverte, des rencontres avec des personnes accueuillantes, de visites riches en histoire, et des décors atypiques. Nous avons fait 2 journées, une sur Balos et une sur Spibalonga, absolument merveilleuses.

Nice property perfect for 2 people to be comfortable, more would be a little cramped. Good central location for exploring Crete. Beach just down the road several shops and restaurants in walking distance. But I strongly recommend a rental car to make the most of Crete. The owners are lovely people, nothing but polite and welcoming.

Wohnung sauber und ordentlich. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Vermieter hat uns persönlich an der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und alles erklärt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Zentral gelegen mit Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Bäckerei und Busstation vor der Tür. Keine 100 Meter bis zum Strand.

Excellent apartment for a couple like us. We were there during Easter, so we didn't visit the beach, which is not far away. The owner is super friendly and attentive. Clean, comfortable place for a few day's holidays, 12minutes far from the city centre by car. Parking is not a problem, btw. Thanks for all, Mr. Kapsetakis!

We were met by our pleasant host and given clear directions about the place itself and how to get to local attractions. We were surprised there were no cookware at all, although provided a convenient oven and 2 burner stovetop. The clothes washer worked well. And having parking at the grocery next door was very convenient.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Manolis in Kokkini Hani. Dir Unterkunft ist schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber, beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei mit Manolis. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Manolis est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. Il est de très bon conseil. La location est bien située, bien equipée et propre. Si vous avez des questions, n hesitez pas et faites appel à Manolis. Allez manger à la "Taverna Pratsinis" située a une cinquantaine de mètres de la location, c est bon, pas très cher et ils sont super gentils.

Property was clean and spacious. Next door to a supermarket makes getting groceries and other basics very easy. Location is convenient to many attractions on Crete. Our host was wonderful, providing excellent suggestions for daytrips and restaurants.

My friend and I were on our first trip to the Greek islands and couldn’t be happier with Manolis and the apartment. It was conveniently located and comfortable. We only had a little trouble getting around Heraklion on the bus. But whenever we had questions Manolis was incredibly helpful and responsive. Thanks for a beautiful first experience in Greece.
