Wonderful staff! Enjoyed the location to everything and restaurants just a few steps away with seating along the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very comfortable, in fact the bed we slept on was the best bed I've ever slept on. I'm looking forward to coming back next year.

We stayed here for one night to break our journey. Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. Exactly what one expects from a boutique hotel. Georgia checked us in swiftly after a welcome drink and arranged for our bags to be in our room. This followed with a welcome letter from management. The room was simply fantastic and pretty much an automated room. The shower was superb and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant..and not the typical buffet style. The staff were very helpful arranging transport / car hire for our onward journey. To summarise I would say and superb hotel with even better hospitality. I certainly would stay here again if visiting!

Luxuriously appointed large room, double deluxe room more open and spacious than the more expensive Junior suite that has a Jacuzzi in it. Sit down, a-la- carte breakfast service that is tasty and hygienic. Staff is courteous. Will come back if visiting Chania again.

Everything great about this hotel and the staff are exceptional. The spa pool sadly is let down (not hot) as is the roof top restaurant as rather lacking in character and comfort (though we did not eat there). Breakfast great.

Staying at Chania Flair was fantastic! The location is very convenient and the staff was the best highlight. The included breakfast was delicious. Complimentary valet was very convenient but the hotel is tricky to get to by car the first time.

This is an exceptional hotel. The facilities are typical for an up market boutique hotel: stylish, modern without needing to be ostentatious. The location is good: 50metres from the beach and 10 mins walk to the old town. For us the key differentiator was the staff attitude and level of customer service. Without exception the team were friendly, helpful and demonstrated a level of thoughtfulness we have rarely experienced even in much pricier hotels. Restaurant bookings, travel tips, organising a last minute hire car (delivered to the hotel in under an hour), small gifts etc all made for a special experience. Sincere thanks in particular to Georgia and Mia at reception and Manolis, Aspera and Georgia in the restaurant. Your thoughtfulness and professionalism made for a wonderful stay.

The room was large and comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent, one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We would have preferred a breakfast buffet to their sit-down process, but the breakfast staff were extremely attentive and quick. No problem with having a car at this hotel.

Amazing stay!
Absolutely phenomenal stay. Georgia at the front desk was the best. Breakfast was out of this world. Rooms are stunning and fully automatic everything. Only negative is that the “whirlpool” was gross - had some flies and hair floating in it - and it was cold, not even lukewarm. We asked and were told the temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Great hotel, conveniently located for a short walk to the beach, restaurants and to the old town. Away from the noise of the central core. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Would stay there again.

Good location
Hotel is in a great location a short walk from the old town, rooms are really comfortable. Only downside is the displays and reading lamps have blue lights you can’t turn off at night which made it difficult to sleep unless you cover them with towels. Staff are wonderful, view isn’t great but that’s not an issue when you are out in Chania

The best check-in experience ever. Don't hesitate, the cost of this hotel is worth every single penny. The staff is not only polite, but incredibly helpful. From the moment we stepped out of our cab plenty of staff were available, at our service, and already taking our bags before stepping foot into the property. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. I regret not taking advantage of the spa. 10/10!

Outstanding staff service. Facility is new and in excellent condition with lots of modern amenities. Great location next to the beach and only a few minutes walk into town. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a high end hotel at a reasonable rate.

Fantastic hotel. Amazing, attentive staff. Good location although local area seems to be in rebuild mode. Should be a top choice hotel in Chania. Especially if you want to see the old Venetian Harbor….. which is great. Try to connect with hotel staffers Georgia and Eugene! They were simply awesome!

Perfect hotel with charm and designer flair.
For a short break this hotel was delightful. It opened only last year so everything feels fresh, clean and thoughtfully put-together. Chic designer interiors but also lovely helpful staff - some nice personal touches for your stay such as a fruit plate and drinks on arrival and breakfast was terrific and beautifully served. All in all this was a great stay just a stroll from Chania town and the beach just 2 minutes away. We couldn't have asked for more.

The best hotel we have experienced. This is a new hotel and was designed with no expenses spared. Everything is top notch From service to hotel rooms and location. I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel.

one of the best hotel experiences ever
I cannot speak highly enough of this place. I stayed 6 nights and the staff are super friendly and go beyond what is necessary to make you feel comfortable. Very well located, the beach is only a minute away and the hotel sunbeds are perfect. The valet parking is much appreciated. Highly recommended!!!

There aren’t enough stars for the Chania Flair
I don’t have enough to say about this fabulous hotel. If you are on the island if Crete, I don’t care where you are, you need to stay at this hotel in Chania code to EVERYTHING. The staff is attentive, the breakfast is best I’ve had and was included! Made fresh any way you like. Each and every staff member will always make sure you have everything you need. The hotel is modern and is super clean. I will miss this hotel and all the staff at the Flair

Von der ersten Sekunde an höchst zuvorkommend behandelt worden! Personal absolut freundlich und die Willkommensdrinks und Canapés waren sehr lecker. Zum Glück hat dieses Hotel auch einen schönen Spa-Bereich, da das Wetter leider nicht ganz so gut war.

La classe et excellent service au bord de la mer
Magnifique hotel au bord de la mer et proche de plusieurs tres bons restaurants proposants des plats locaux. Le personnel est juste ADORABLE, professionel et au petit soin de l acceuil au depart. Mention special pour Georgia, l une des receptionnistes. Lorsque vous arrivez par des rues etroites, on peut se demander comment parquer sa voiture... Et bien pas de probleme puisque un membre du personnel va vous la garer gratuitement et vous la ramene a votre demande. Petit dejeuner au top avec pancakes, oeufs a votre convenance et jus d orange frais. Seul bemol, l isolation des chambres n est clairement pas optimale, avec les bruits de la rue audibles pareillement qu avec la fenetre ouverte et meme les bruits dans couloir ou la chambre du dessus peuvent facilement vous gener.

Modernes Stadthotel mit herzlichem Service
Das Hotel liegt in einem Stadtteil von Chania, ca. entspannte 15 Fussminuten zum venetianischen Hafen oder in die Altstadt und 3 Min zum Stadtstrand. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt und diese persönliche Note zog sich durch unseren gesamten Aufenthalt. Das inkludierte à la carte Frühstück hat uns voll überzeugt, das Abendessen war okay, aber nicht überragend. Unser Zimmer hatte Meerblick, leider befand sich der Balkon zum Innenhof, so dass wir zwar eingeschränkten Meerblick hatten, aber leider immer eine Wolke von Friteuse mit dabei war, denn die Rückseite der Häuser war die Promenade mit den Restaurants am Stand. Wir haben uns zum größten Teil draußen aufgehalten, so dass der Geruch nicht weiter ins Gewicht fiel. Das Hotel hat im Sommer neu eröffnet, der Zustand war daher sehr gut. Dennoch hatten wir drei Tage Unwetter im Oktober und das schien die Feuertaufe für das Hotel gewesen zu sein. Die eine oder andere Dichtung spielte nicht mit, schien aber keine großen Schäden nach sich zu ziehen. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt in Chania.
