"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."

"The area is beautiful but of course its Greece. Only one restaurant with above average food, it's a buffet. Beach was rocky but beautiful, not able to swim much due to the rocks. "Amazing place! It’s between the sky and the sea. Very clean, very comfortable. The villa has everything you need: barbecue, small kitchen, fully equipped, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. It is stocked with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil, spices. There is a big fridge, hair dryer, tv, air conditioner. Absolute privacy. And the view… breathtaking. There is a small village close to the property with very good tavern with amazing sunset view. And beautiful beaches all around Sithonia. The town of Neos Marmaris is very close by car. Warning: the property is in the nature. If you are afraid of bugs, this is not your place. There are many kind of bugs and they are really big. All the windows and doors have nets and for all our stay we didn’t find any bugs inside, but outside… But despite the bugs our stay was wonderful! "
