「 The location is lovely ( although not walking distance to restaurants so a car is needed) and it has lots of nice touches but attention to detail was missing. It advertises a pool which had not been cleaned and looked unkempt. I heard the receptionist telling someone there was an outdoor unheated pool but nobody would have wanted to swim in it. "English Review I stayed at the Mandala Ace Albany Hotel from August 19th (Tuesday) to August 20th (Wednesday), and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made everything very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring that I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived until the time I left.
