Great Mosque of Tuban

The host Nino is the best! He was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcome and also took us to interesting places. He helped us book all our excursions, to Mount Ijen. He took us around town and we got to see places off the tourist path! He also cooks food with his family nearby, and was willing to feed us at any time! My friends arrived around 12 am and he cooked us all dinner and gave us welcome tea as well!! The food was DELICIOUS!! The best Nasi Goreng we had our entire time in Indonesia! Nino was so friendly and we were all so thankful! Also a delicious free breakfast that he leaves at your door in the morning! The value for money at this property is absolutely incredible. The property was clean and overall basic facilities, there were towels and blankets given. There was air conditioning as well! I really recommend it.

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. When the main ferry service had terrible delays due to an incident, the manager, Mey, chartered a boat for us and arranged for a car in Bali to get us to our destination. The food at the hotel was very good too. Well worth a stay if you are in the area!

We really enjoyed our one night stay here! The staff were kind and helpful, even giving me tips for getting to the hotel from the ferry over Whatsapp ahead of time. The room was comfortable and pretty with great air conditioning. There were two adorable tiny cats who hung out on the premises who we loved making friends with :) We didn't use the shared kitchenette for anything except the water cooler and fridge, but it was nice to have. Great place!
