"The hotel is in general good shape, the bad thing was the shower and the ultra low toilet. The shower is still in an old fiberglass tub with a plastic curtain more like what you would find in a cheap motel with a bad showerhead that should be a newer hose type, par to the price of the hotel. Likewise, those ridiculously low toilets make it very hard to use for older or people with mobility issues. When you clean yourself you end up touching the dirty water inside the toilet..."

"I booked their Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony which ended up being a giant suite! The view of Lake Tahoe was the show stopper in this room, right outside of your own private balcony. This room had a hot tub, well lit clean bathroom, desk area, living area, and very comfortable mattress and pillows. I would stay here again in a heartbeat (even though the lobby is currently undergoing construction). 10/10 would recommend this resort and this suite."

"This is a great hotel for couples or families. The common areas and rooms are spacious and really clean. It feels very upscale. The "coffee shop" is much more than a diner, serving an amazing breakfast, and delicious salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Even with other dining options we kept going back there! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, walking distance to SLC sites and the Delta Center. Only weird drawback is that the bed quality didn't match the rest of the hotel. Commented about it upon leaving and the front desk person was very attentive - asked questions, took notes. Regardless, this will be our go-to hotel in SLC. "

"Overall hotel was fine. We didn’t like the Resort fees which are like hidden fees. In this case the pool, hot tub were closed. Fitness room was available. We did have K-cups which the front desk said was part of the resort fee."
