"I booked a room for June 7th.! Chicken in at 12:30pm. By 2:30pm the power went out. It came back on about 1.5 hrs later. Then at 6 pm it went out again and was off for 3 hrs at which time myself and many other guests were checking out! No lights, no AC, no elevators (which truly sucks when you’re on the 11th floor!"
"We just stayed 1 night because we had an early morning flight and wanted to save on driving time. The room was newly remodeled, quiet, and spacious. I like how it had a nice sized room refrigerator. The shower was great. The only surprise we had was we had an additional $50 service fee on our bill when we checked out via scanning the code in our room. We were on our way to the airport so no time to inquire at the front desk."
"The property appeared to be very nice and clean when I first arrived but first appearances can be deceiving. I got to my room and it was dusty, we're talking able to doodle on the furniture dusty. Then when it was time for bed, there was a blood stain along with hair on the sheet! Ewe! The manager on duty wanted me to change the sheets and was only willing to waive the first night fee of the 30 dollar resort fees! Plus the restaurant Hannah's table manager and server were rude! It was overall a nightmare of an experience!"
"The AC in the room was not working and we kept calling but nobody picked up! The call was on hold and there was no one at the reception. When it was Hard Rock Cafe the service was much better! Not booking this again!"
