"It was alright, the people in the adjoining room had the TV on all night long. I thought they were fighting all night until I woke up at 6 am and realized it was the tv!"

"The property appeared to be very nice and clean when I first arrived but first appearances can be deceiving. I got to my room and it was dusty, we're talking able to doodle on the furniture dusty. Then when it was time for bed, there was a blood stain along with hair on the sheet! Ewe! The manager on duty wanted me to change the sheets and was only willing to waive the first night fee of the 30 dollar resort fees! Plus the restaurant Hannah's table manager and server were rude! It was overall a nightmare of an experience!"

"It was the perfect ending to our 10 day western road trip from Mt Rushmore through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons to Salt Lake City. The room was perfect. Clean and elegant. The service outstanding. The food and beverages superb. The price was the same as the crappy accommodations in Yellowstone. If I’m ever in Salt Lake City again this is where I’ll be!"

"The resort is extremely family friendly, which we appreciated, given that most hotels in Reno are not family friendly let alone baby friendly! They allowed us to store our baby’s breastmilk freezer packs which saved our life! The housekeeping was not what I expected, we had to call to get our room to be cleaned."
