「We enjoyed our fall vacation. The cabins are rustic and very cute, perfect place to disconnect and enjoy nature. The farm animals are a short walk from the cabins and we enjoyed stopping by to say hello to the donkeys and we got to collect fresh eggs. The back porch is lounge heaven. Perfect view with lots of space for everyone to sit and relax. The hot tub with a view is perfection. Burgess Falls State Park is close by and a great easy hike to beautiful falls. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the back deck which is on a huge pond. You can fish off of the back of the deck while grilling or just hanging out. It is less than a ten minute drive to the kayak and boat launch. The launch is a large sloped gravel lot. We only launched kayaks, but if you are putting a boat in you might need 4-wheel drive if conditions are wet. The only thing I would change would be the bed. 「The view is just amazing! It was nice to have the hot tub to use and see the views while relaxing. Lots of game options in the basement and a dart board. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes. There are no spices or oils to use though. Someone did leave some salt/pepper. The fire pit area isn't great. Difficult to walk over to it and no real flat area to put the chairs. The shower on the main floor was fantastic water pressure. 」

「This is definitely one of our top vacation rentals!! It was probably the cleanest places we've stayed too. The owners really go above and beyond to give their renters a cozy, comfortable, fun stay! Comfortable beds, great view, private location, but only 30 minutes to Cookeville. And SO many amenities! Perfect place to stay while visiting students at Tennessee Tech. I wish we couldve stayed longer than 3 nights! We would love to go back sometime!」
