"My flight was delayed for many hours (out of my control). The property charged me for 2 nights (I only stayed 8 hours) because we arrived "too late". Their check in time cutoff was NOT listed in any documents sent to me. Managed charged me a 2nd higher charge when I already paid for my stay."

"Hotel was under construction and there was no notice of this at the time of booking or before checkin. The whole place smelt like glue or some kind of chemical. "

"Staff was help and kind. Unfortunately we had a long day and the hotels key machine was not working. And could not get a key until the next day. The staff was very apologetic and helpful."

"The beds were very comfortable, the room was very large and perfect for two kids running around, the breakfast was plentiful and stocked well and the pool and hot tub were very nice. It was away from all the hustle and traffic of downtown but close enough we could be wherever we wanted in a short time. We will definitely use again!"

"Got caught in great reviews. The value on our Friday night stay at $200 wasn't delivered. Big rooms, lovely views, great staff as expected. Room seems dated, motel like, outlets by bed didn't work, cheap coffee, no lights in closets. Plus, bed and bedding were great! "

"They do not empathize with customers if the customers give advance notice that they will not be able to meet the deadline to be present at the location."
