"The room was newly refreshed, there were some areas that still needed work though. The desk chair was all chewed up on the bottom corners, there was paint splatters all over the remote and the alarm clock was not plugged back in. But for the most part it was great stay. We used the pool and it was mostly clean. Some clumps of what looked like hair came up from the bottom as my daughter was diving to the bottom and there were bandages or tape laying underneath the assist chair which was located by the hot tub. "

"They service your room every other day, our stay was from a Saturday to Tuesday and they did not clean, empty trash or replenish our towels. When brought up to reception they were very nice and apologetic, it was no big deal, except we had already placed all our dirty towels on the floor. "
