「 The room was clean and modern and very comfortable but my favorite was the bed. It was super comfortable; so much so that it felt like I was sleeping on air. The staff were also super helpful. The shuttle was an added bonus. I did not take the shuttle to the hotel and our taxi driver got lost. So make sure you let the hotel know your arrival details so that the shuttle would be available. 」

We loved that it is a small property - ran into many of the same couples during our stay, but also felt like we had privacy and down time. Would go back and highly recommend it for other looking for a quiet get away.」

「We had an amazing vacation at Sugar Bay. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are super friendly and caring, the beach is perfect (protected by a cove and a nice size) and the food choices were very fresh, varied and delicious. Our room was super bright and clean and expansive. Everything we needed for the perfect holiday was right there. Did I mention the swim up bar with strong cocktails and the snorkeling in the front of the hotel? We will definitely return.」

「Very beautiful resort with really good food. The resort is actually impeccably clean. The rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely attentive. Just be careful when booking. I booked for 2 and noticed day before departure that the booking had somehow changed to a booking for 1 person, but at the same price for two! It was a little horrific as I had to pay considerably more upon arrival! Significantly more. Now I have a small claims court date to contend with. Very unfortunate. But the resort...

「The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.」
