"I was just utilizing the cabin for sleep because of a road trip to nashville, cabin is clean has everything you need, couldn’t get the TV to work but no biggie. clean, decor is nice. I didn’t pull out the couch bed because I didn’t want to break anything so I just slept on the couch itself. now be aware that there is a 1500 deposit charge and it takes like 2 weeks to get that back. other than that no complains, there’s lakes around the area for fishing, I ate at a restaurant 10-15 minute drive “Gear Jammers” fabulous food and great hospitality. and about 30-40min from Cathedral State Park. oh try getting there before it gets dark because it’ll be hard to see the sign “sweet reels” and I came from the road where the sign wasn’t facing me and it was pitch black out so I missed it and had to double back"

"Parking was safe and secure Cleanest room I've ever had."

"Overall had a great stay at the hotel. There was some damage to the room (scratched mirror, leaking seal around shower door, minor stains on carpet) but overall clean. Parking was easy and spacious so no issues there. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful, the ladies that assisted with the breakfast buffet were all so sweet and kept the items filled and fresh. Appreciated fresh coffee being kept in the lobby as well. We stayed there to be close to the Von Braun Center in hopes we could walk back and forth to our event but ended up having to drive just due to not feeling comfortable with the walk and people hanging out along the route. Obviously not the hotels fault, just something to be mindful of if you plan on walking to your event."

"This IS a pet friendly home. Through no fault of the owner, we booked without realizing this & one guest wasn’t able to stay due to the pet allergens inside. If you have sensitivities, this isn’t the place for you. If you don’t have pet dander sensitivities, you will love this home. The back porch will be one of your favorites, as it overlooks the beautiful pond. The location is convenient, and it is in a quiet and safe location. "

"Do not book street side, very noisy from road traffic. Breakfast was good, needs more variety. Bathroom was small and cramped in shower/toilet area. Parking was very challenging and at times frustrating on weekend nights from bar patrons, hotel sits at a three way light on corner, very busy intersection."
