"Very pretty cottage. Close to the train station and taxis, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Foot Path (breath-taking views). An easy walk into Fishguard and restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. We give the bed an “8” for comfort, but everything else was perfect or better! The owners left us a bottle of wine and some Welsh cookies, there was plenty of hot water, and the locals were friendly, relaxed and helpful."

"We have had another very enjoyable stay at this lovely cottage. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Its central location makes it an ideal base, with the beach nearby and easy access to the coastal path, perfect for lovely walks and exploring the surrounding area. We would happily recommend the cottage to others and would definitely love to return!"

"Absolutely amazing place. Loved the shepherd's hut, peaceful and private. Everything you needed was in there and really comfortable. Ginnie and Andrew couldn't do enough for you. Close enough to everything to explore. The pool was awesome (and the hot tub). Had a few games of foot golf which was so much fun. Would absolutely not hesitate to stay there again. Even had a lush digital welcome sign for me and my husband. Really was a super awesome place with the best owners Thanks both xxx"

"We stayed in Oak Cottage for the weekend to celebrate a family birthday. Our group consisted of 6 adults, 3 children and an infant and the property was perfect for our set-up. Communication with Ginnie beforehand was fantastic, always quick to reply to my queries! The cottage is well-equipped for little ones with high-chair, travel cot & mattress, and kids' cups and plates. It's clear that this has been well thought-out for a family stay. The pool is fab and was heated to 27 degrees during our...

Top Granston Hotel Reviews

Tŷ Milford Waterfront

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel is in a great location. It is also very quiet in the rooms so you can guarantee a good nights sleep. Comfortable beds and lovely thick fluffy towels."

The Little Retreat

8/10 Good

"Nice, unique stay. I loved being close to nature with the outdoor shower and bathtub and kitchenette. Fire place and bench, had a nice BBQ with my husband for dinner. We came at the worst time with the heatwave weekend though so it was very hot. And there were loads of fries everywhere. That was frustrating but I guess it was more environmental. It is next to a graveyard and took us there first which was a spooky surprise on our night check in. Easy to reach staff via WhatsApp, as we needed help with water supply. Cosy and romantic for an autumn or summer spot. With the heatwave, it was very warm of course."

St David's Cross Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It was quiet, despite being in the centre of things. Food was excellent- breakfast amazing - fresh cooked, excellent veggie sausages. Really liked the fact that you could pick up extra toilet rolls from the shelf or milk from the fridge if you were running low before housekeeping came round. Also oat milk sachets and vegan options on all menus. Staff also v friendly and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back"

Salutation Inn

10/10 Excellent

"A perfect place to explore the beautiful countryside and coastline of Wales. Simple facilities offering everything required for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food and drinks. Onsite car park and free WiFi. Excellent value for the price charged."

Penrhiw Priory

10/10 Excellent

"Such a beautiful stay at Penrihw Priory. The property is like a gorgeous manor house with lovely facilities - a lounge with games and a tv, an honesty bar area and grounds with sun loungers. Our room, meadow, was enormous and so comfortable. Big windows everywhere, plenty of radiators and separate toilet and seperate bathroom. It had a huge walk in shower and bathtub with nice toiletries. We had breakfast at the sister hotel, and the most sensational dinner at Blas restaurant (the lobster risotto changed my life). All the staff were very friendly and even left us a little anniversary card and gift. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from shops and coffee shops and so easy to get to the cathedral. Would absolutely stay again."
