「El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene muy buenas vistas y esta perfectamente equipado, la única disconformidad que tengo es que te piden una fianza elevada sin avisar con antelación ni comunicarlo previamente, y de la cual te avisan de que descontaran si no esta limpio el apartamento al salir (algo obvio que hay que dejarlo limpio), pero te dan hasta friegasuelos!!! 120€ una noche y no te incluye servicio de limpieza ni nada…」

「The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. The property company was rather disorganized. We arrived to find that our assigned parking space was occupied. Then we were assigned a temporary spot which was also occupied. The apartment did not have enough utensils for 4 people (the official occupancy) and there was not enough hot water for 4 people to...

「Bon rapport qualité - prix, appartement spacieux et propre, chauffage au sol, machine à laver, la télé… Attention pas de Wifi disponible ! Quelques points faibles : isolation (on entend les voisins), le lit superposé en métal bruyant, fonctionnement du frigo bruyant. 」

「Siempre alquilo apartamentos en el Tarter y esta ha sido la primera vez que nos hemos estado en los Apartaments Floc. Los recomiendo 100%, limpio, cómodo, el nuestro era un bajo y tenía una terraza con mesa y sillas, la atención recibida en la recepción inmejorable y algo muy importante: PLAZA DE PARKING INCLUIDA!!! 」

「In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!」

「No está muy cuidado ni limpio. A la 1 de la madrugada había una fiesta al lado, y hasta que no llamamos a la recepción, no subieron a darles el toque. No hay wifi, estuvimos dos días incomunicados. 」

「Overall the apartment was perfect for our group. A mix of ages with friends and family. So much space and our 7yr olds were delighted they could play indoor football (with a soft ball!). A couple of things that could be improved to bring the standard up a little. We had just 6 tiny wine glasses. They didn’t leave any tea towels or hand soap for the loos.
