"The house was wonderful set up really well for a larger group had everything we needed in the kitchen. A hot tub was great for the kids. We use the fire pit they even supplied wood for the fire. It was just an ideal place to stay. There are like Woodland creatures all around. It was just overall wonderful day. We would love to come back if we were in the area again. "

"Very cozy and clean cabin with great view of sunrise up Grandfather mountain and backyard wildlife. Right next to slopes, gem mining and restaurants. Loved it!"

"Location was perfect and super easy to walk over and ski down Oma. The room itself was small but just what two people need for a weekend. We greatly enjoyed our time. Hope to be back next season! "

"We arrived to our rental which was very nice. Got everything unloaded out of 3 vehicles and settled in. Only to realize that the water did not work. My husband went out to the water meter to make sure the water was on. He came back inside and said a shovel was laying beside the meter, and it looked like a torch lighter had been used and melted part of the meter. Sure enough. THE PIPES WERE FROZEN! We contacted the host. He told us the pipes were probably frozen. Either we could move or stay there with no water. not happening! can’t flush the toilet, can’t take a shower, can’t cook ( which groceries had already been purchased) Problem was the only place they had available was 30 minutes away. . We loaded up everything and moved. Mind you we we had driven most of the day and had already purchased twilight passes to ski that night. However, having to travel 30 minutes one way and unload the vehicles again and drive back 30 minutes. We had to forfeit our night ski session. I get it accidents happen, and I was thankful for the host finding us another place. Although, it was definitely a downgrade. One thing that really perturbed me was the fact that we were sent a text saying our house had been cleaned and we could check in. When we arrived.There were a few dirty dishes in the sink.. Which only made sense that the cleaning crew knew the water didn’t work. How do you clean without water? They told me we would be compensated. I have been contacting the company for 3 weeks. "

"It was a well laid out condo, and not noisy despite the place being busy. The shuttle was awesome, the front desk folks super nice, and the view was amazing!! "

"The hosts were awesome! The view was spectacular. The condo was fully stocked with what you need, just bring your food and toiletries! The fireplace was off limits (I misread this) and we could not use. TV was hit or miss (bad storm). The condo building itself had some problems. The sauna, treadmills and pool were average and/or broken. This was disappointing as working out was very limited. There was so much water around the pool walkway that you could not walk without getting your clothes wet. It seems the pool needs a bit of TLC. The pool and spa had a lot of chlorine, which burned our eyes even with goggles. The parking staff were super and kind! When parking was tight, they gave me a pass to park up top, which I greatly appreciated. The check in reception were really helpful and kind! Hosts were an A+, Condo was a B+ , Condo facilities were a C+. I'd book with my hosts again! "
