「The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk service is worse than what can be imagined. Sometimes ask for the same thing 3 times regardless by phone or face to face and still being ignored after told they would do it soon, e.g.lack of body wash, no bath mat, etc.」

The Hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, it's old, but very comfortable. Bed for me was excellent, indoor pool and hot tub fantastic bonus. It made an excellent base for me while in Cambridge. I shall return, and can't wait to see what they will do with the upcoming renovations.」
