「The room was very clean but some of the common areas are starting to show wear and tear. Breakfast was okay. One employee was friendly but never asked if I was a Hilton Honors member and did not even notice when she asked for my driver's license upon check in that it was my birthday. (If you are going to ask to look at someone's ID you should always check the birthday!) None of the other employees ever acknowledged us with a hello when entering and exiting the hotel or at breakfast.」
