Honestly, it was one of our best stays ever in Grand Forks. While like most hotels you can hear movement from the rooms above you, this would be my only complaint. The staff were amazing, we constantly watched them keep on top of cleaning in various areas. We will definitely stay here again

Always a great stay.

This hotel has been a regular stop on our cross country summer holidays. The staff are always amazing, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. The location is amazing with many shops and restaurants within walking distance
