The location is also in close proximity to the Ralph Engelstad Arena and the UND medical school, adding to the convenience and appeal of the area. Our cozy and comfortable two-bedroom, one-bathroom getaway is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing time.

This versatile space caters to holidaymakers, business travelers, and students attending UND or Northland Community College. Unwind in a peaceful and private environment while enjoying significant cost savings compared to cramped hotel rooms or sublets. Immerse yourself in the vibrant dining scene with various restaurants and pubs just a short stroll away. Grand Forks beckons as the ultimate retreat for you. Stay connected with complimentary WiFi throughout your visit, and nestled within a serene seven plex. All utilities are included, and plentiful parking is available, accommodating two cars at the rear, and additional on-street parking options are also provided for your convenience. However, be mindful that street cleaning day is usually on Wednesday- do not park there, you will be ticketed.

Regarding the bedsheets and used towels, we kindly ask you to remove only the bedsheets and place them along with the dirty towels in the provided trash bag located under the kitchen counter.
