「This was a beautiful apartment. It was on the third floor of an apartment complex, which gave us many opportunities to get our exercise in for the day. It had a nice balcony to relax and take in the nice weather. The apartment was very roomy and had a washer and dryer. Francine was always available to reply to any questions or problems. Nice place and would recommend it!」

「Stayed for 4 days mid April 2026. Super clean apt, in the proximity to all the TCU events (for what we signed up for), 5 mins drive Neighborhood Walmart to cater your cooking needs (or 10 mins to Supercenter), super fast internet, greet communication with the host. They even provided few additional items that we asked on our second day. I think the price is on the little high end and can be adjusted based on the number of days of stay. 「Host was very helpful and apartment served what was needed for a few nights stay. (Could use drinking glasses, not just wine glasses and coffee cups.) City shut off water with no notice the first day; not the hosts fault, but an inconvenience. Apartment either below or next door must have a smoker, smell was pervasive in the evenings.」
