Flower House 7: New, quiet, modern

Completely renovated in 2025, it is brand new.

Bedroom with a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room measuring 144 cm wide.

It has air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, and a heated towel radiator in the bathroom to keep your towels warm.

The décor is cheerful and functional.

A coffee corner awaits you, complete with a capsule coffee machine and kettle, a selection of coffee capsules, mini cookies, individual milk portions, and a variety of teas!

Ideal for families, especially equipped for young children, with a high chair, children's tableware, and a fully equipped cot with mattress, sheets, and duvet.

Close to the city centre, the Conference Centre, football and basketball stadiums, and the Science Park.

A very quiet neighbourhood, with a metro station 5 minutes away, as well as shops, bars, pharmacies, and a medical centre.

Just 5 minutes from a public car park and the Plaza La Hípica metro station.

Air conditioning is available in both the living room and bedroom, and the bedroom also features a ceiling fan.

We enjoy helping our guests by recommending places to visit, where to book tickets for the Alhambra, providing contacts for English- and French-speaking tour guides, and sharing information about cultural and sporting events as well as local festivals.

Thanks!
