Last minute switch
The day before we were to check in our apartment was switched to a new one with no VRBO listing. The new one was very clean and in a great neighborhood but did not have accessible WIFI,a washer and a working air conditioner. We contacted management several times with no resolution. New place was very clean and in a great location. But not at all what we were expecting.
