Excellent Hotel! Location was ideal. Room and common areas were pristine. Bed was delightfully comfortable. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. My only criticism is that the bathroom layout was clearly designed for small acrobatic monkeys and not full sized humans.

The concierge staff were wonderful. They helped us find our way through town and make choices from the many entertainment options. They immediately provided a good map. They inquired as to our experiences of events got which they provided direction.

The location is incredible. It was close to all the sightseeing and shopping places and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The price very reasonable.

Insuperable location, walking distance to major landmarks. Shopping areas very close to the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like is that we had to go to have breakfast to a sister hotel that was around 8 blocks away 😔

Nice hotel in a great location.
This hotel is located in a great location. Walking straight out the door will lead you across the plaza and up the street and trail leading right up to Alhambra. The staff was pleasant and there are restaurants all around. My only negative comment is that the room was dark. There were no overhead lights and the side lights next to the bed are low, so it was a little hard to read in the room.

A very modest, small hotel in a great, central, location. Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Rooms are very basic, but adequate if you don’t plan to spend a lot of time inside.

Awesome in Granada
Friendly staff - special thanks to Silvia for guiding us and helping us with Alhambra tickets as we were already cancelled previously by a tour guide company! Nice and clean hotel with excellent breakfast on lower level at a reasonable price!

The only thing was they charge me $10€ for early check in. Hotel was not at max booking or anything not even JW Marriot charges me early checking in. Other then that was good.

Hotel is centrally located with buses to major sites. Taxi stand is out front. Plentiful restaurants in the area. This is a European propensity - hotels tend not have to refrigerators in the room. A laundrymat is about a 10 minute walk if the occasion arises. I would stay here again. I went to the breakfast buffet once.

Central location but might suggest somewhere away from Plaza Nueva. Rooms are very small and tight. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is very clean breakfast is good value and they accommodated food allergies

The hotel has a great location on the Plaza Nueva and surrounding area attractions. It's in a driving restricted zone , so even tho' you can drive in to drop off bags don't do it, because you only have one chance to turn around. There's no marked loading zone or turnaround area. Best to park car at their sister hotel location and take taxi to the hotel.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk host Rocio was very helpful . She was able to help us get tickets for the Alhambra when the ticket broker we were using couldn’t.

The hotel is in a location that can't be beat. The staff were wonderful and very helpful to us. However, the rooms you see in all the photos are only one set of rooms at the very front, with beds changed for photos. Most of the rooms do not have windows and you will not be facing the main square. I'm a little salty about this as it's blatant false advertising. Additionally, the rooms are very tight, with not a lot of space to unpack. The washroom doors in each room give very little privacy between those using the facilities and those not. So I hope you're comfortable hearing some sounds. I cannot speak to all rooms, but ours, unfortunately, had a damp water smell (we were near the back of the hotel). Lastly, if you rent a car - you need to know it is a pain to get to and from the hotel as it's located in a protected heritage part of the city. Save yourself and hire a car to take you to/from the airport.

Lovely team with ideal location for the Alhambra and access to the cities key sites. Room and hotel was extremely clean and staff friendly. My only gripe was how dark the room was. We had a frosted window with views of a wall. I’d say it would be worthwhile paying more for a room with the balcony windows overlooking the plaza. Breakfast was sufficient for us, and fair selection of continental and cooked options.
