"Celebrating an anniversary and this site was just spectacular with its view and proximitu tp Alhambra Palace. Safe, quiet and the hotel itself was awesome and styled right. It reflects the tradition of the culture. The bathroom was a little tight in space, but we made it work. I would return here. The bus to the city center is accessible within steps of the hotel, and there are car service options. You have to either have breakfast or dine to take advantage of great views from the balcony. I drove here, but there are restrictions in the historic center for vehicles so I relied on the bus and car service. There is only valet parking"

"Our room was very nice and clean. Enjoyed both the restaurant and rooftop bar. The staff was very helpful. We were dealing with lost luggage and they helped us coordinate laundry service. Our only complaint would be that the gym was nice and useful as advertised, but a trainer used it for private training group classes while we were in there and they took up all the room, made us leave certain areas, and occupied the majority of the equipment. It seemed inappropriate. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely hotel in a great position. We booked a cheap room but were still disappointed it was so close to the noisy lifts and had no natural daylight.(251). Would book again, but a better grade of room. All staff very helpful. Ate from the bar snacks menu, good value for money and decent portions sizes."

"Good location, clean, but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as advertised. Rooms are very simple, depending on the layout it can be a little crowded and feels a bit too small. Original room we had the racks for bags and clothes were right next to the bed making it super tight and awkward to use. Luckily moved to a slightly better layout where the racks were by the entrance. Sadly pool was indoor and too warm to stay indoors. The rooftop bar is great, but no sun tanning is allowed. Only a restaurant set up. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and did not offer anything extraordinary to justify the price. Rooms have no coffee makers. If you expect luxury amenities definitely not the hotel for you. But overall as stated clean, simple, easy to get to from train station."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I agree with many of the reviews that the hotel is somewhat outdated, but that didn't take away from my experience. It had everything I needed, and everything was in excellent working condition. The room was very comfortable, the bed was incredibly cozy, the sheets were soft, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was ideal—close enough to the city center to walk there easily, yet far enough from the main tourist areas to experience the authentic charm of a Granada neighborhood. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness. I would have liked the room to be cleaner, as I found a few hairs in both the bathroom and the bedroom even after it had been cleaned. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place."
