"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel!
I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit!
The breakfast is incredible! Luckily all the hours of walking evened it out calory wise ;).

The staff was the friendliest and most helpful staff we have ever had in Italy. We have visited Italy 13 times and stayed in dozens of hotels. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious
Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical across Italy.
