We received VIP service and really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bella. We used the spa services, room service, and concierge service—everything was impeccable. The facilities were luxe and cozy with a lovely and peaceful view.

So this is our second time at this property, the whole reason we came back was for the seclusion and the forest right outside the doors. The views are second to none and the service is wonderful. The property is unfortunately showing its age and I really can’t say the owner is doing enough to keep up maintenance as problems seen in November 2024 are still evident and as yet not been addressed. This place is so quiet and could really be great again but it’s gotta have some attention.

O hotel é espetacular: quartos, conforto, limpeza, ambientes comuns e de lazer e principalmente o atendimento. Adoramos a estadia e gostaríamos muito de voltar. Mas a nota máxima somente seria justificada se o restaurante do hotel fosse trocado. Os garçons são super grosseiros, a comida demora (no meu caso simplesmente não veio) e ficamos totalmente sem atendimento. Ao reclamar com o gerente do restaurante, ele foi rude e disse que a culpa da demora (e do não atendimento) era da quantidade de pedidos - sendo que so tinham 3 familias no restaurante. Ao contrario da recepção, que se desculpou diversas vezes. Uma pena, um hotel como o Villa Bella merece um serviço de alimentação a altura.

Pior atendimento que já recebemos num hotel em Gramado. Ar condicionado do quarto barulhento e ao invés de trocarmos de quarto manda a manutenção arrumar sendo que chegamos à noite super cansados. Ou seja, bom senso ZERO. No café da manhã tem um funcionário chamado Edson que demonstra odiar trabalhar lá, pois além de não cumprimentar os hóspedes, vive de cara de poucos amigos e só falta quebrar os pratos quando arruma na bancada. Não retiram os pratos sujos da mesa, então vamos empilhando enquanto estamos no café da manhã. Em resumo, PÉSSIMO! Não recomendo em hipótese alguma, pois pelo valor da diária cobrado há várias outras opções certamente melhores.

Hotel muito bom para quem tem crianças. Tem brinquedoteca, piscina aquecida. Funcionários simpáticos. Quarto limpo e banheiro de tamanho bom, só não me deram uma boa vista como nas fotos, minha vista era para um telhado, sem vista. Café da manhã bom, embora faltou achocolatado e informaram que não tinha mais. Hotel bem bonito, mas não gostei da localização, é bem afastado do centro.
