Atendimento péssimo

Infelizmente nossa estadia não foi muito agradável! Chegamos ao hotel e não fomos recebidos por ninguém...e tive que quase adentar a cozinha para chamar alguém para me ajudar. O hotel é bonito, os quartos são limpos e com uma ótima estrutura mas o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Alugamos uma suíte de mais de R$1500,00 e esperávamos ser melhor recebidos...o hotel também não oferece nenhum tipo de “experiência” aos hóspedes visto que o local é muito afastado e após algumas horas chega a ser entediante. Os pratos são caríssimos (R$82,00 por um risoto que parecia mais um carreteiro) Enfim, não voltaria
