O quarto estava bem limpo e organizado, o café da manhã estava bom, porém poderia melhorar com relação à variedade, comparado com outros hotéis similares na região. A equipe esteve sempre à disposição. Um ponto de melhoria seria o fornecimento de carrinhos para levar as bagagens para o carro, pois como eu estava com 4 volumes, precisei dar 2 voltas para pegar as bagagens no carro, o que seria facilmente resolvido com um carrinho. A localização também é bom, fica a poucos minutos de carro do Centro de Gramado.

Hotel agradável , ótima localização , funcionários extremamente educados e excelente café da manhã , único ponto negativo é o ruído , os quartos infelizmente não tem isolamento acústico e por estar localizado de frente para uma rodovia inevitavelmente faz bastante barulho de veículos !

Quarto barulhento

Razoável. Equipe foi receptiva na chegada, porém, deixou um pouco à desejar durante e na hora do checkout. Quarto bastante barulhento, pois fiquei do lado onde tem a rodovia e as portas não são isoladoras de ruído como descrito na recepção quando chegamos. Café da manhã justo, porém, com falta de opção para salgado e, acredite, não havia iogurte. Estacionamento não é coberto, como diz na descrição, apenas algumas vagas. Além do quarto ter me decepcionado pelo barulho, o que me chamou atenção foi uma diferença no atendimento em relação à outro casal que estava na recepção quando eu estava chegando para fazer meu checkout. Uma pena, pois ficou a sensação de ser por conta de estarmos "de saída". Enfim... No geral, é um hotel "Ok". Mas existem outras opções pela mesma faixa de preço superiores.

Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável. Corredores cheirosos e com disposição de álcool em gel em todos os andares. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Café da manhã delicioso. Localiza-se um pouquinho distante do centro, como eu tava com criança eu tinha que pegar o carro. Mas pra quem prefere caminhar, é rápido, questão de 10 min.

Hotel com mal apresentação e ultrapassado, instalações antigas e bem usadas, o serviço da recepção poderia ser melhor, café da manhã ruim, muito simples, pouca variedade. As funcionárias que servem o café da manhã, muito desatenciosas e uma delas até grosseira, pois se negou a me servir ovos que não fosse no formato tipo omelete que já estava pronto para todos que iam tomar café. Quarto de tamanho aceitável mas pequeno, muito barulhento, pois está de frente a rodovia, banheiro e colchões bons, travesseiros péssimos.

Hotel é bom, só precisa melhorar na limpeza das colchas de cama, não é longe e não achei tão barulhento igual algumas avaliações. Tive problema com meu quarto, mas conseguiram super rápido um upgrade bem melhor. Gostei do atendimento, o local do café da manhã é lindo, café muito bom.
