Gostei muito da experiência de estar neste hotel. O salão de café da manhã parece um museu que conta a história da família que é dona do hotel há gerações. Hotel é ótimo cenário para fotos, a parte externa com muitas árvores, muito bonita a paisagem. Estive no frio e quarto e hotel bem quentinho. O hotel superou minhas expectativas

Hotel bonito, com uma arquitetura histórica muito interessante e bem preservada por fora. A equipe foi atenciosa e a localização também agradou. O café da manhã era bom, com bastante variedade, especialmente de bolos. No entanto, já me hospedei em hotéis com cafés da manhã mais completos. Por se tratar de um hotel antigo, nosso quarto também tinha móveis mais antigos. A cama era confortável e o colchão era bom, mas a cadeira, o banheiro e outros detalhes do quarto já demonstravam a idade da estrutura. O principal ponto negativo foi o chuveiro. Apesar de ser aquecido a gás, a água não esquentava adequadamente, o que acabou prejudicando um pouco a experiência da hospedagem. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável para quem aprecia hotéis com história e charme, mas alguns aspectos dos quartos e da infraestrutura poderiam ser modernizados.

Este hotel é incrivelmente lindo e confortável. Trazendo aquele toque inglês e com decoração antiga, ficou um lugar aconchegante e elegante. O restaurante deles é maravilhoso, melhor fondue que comi. O café da manhã é super fresco e recheado. Cada cantinho do hotel encanta e o jardim é um verdadeiro espetáculo. Se for pra me hospedar em Gramado, com certeza será lá.

O hotel é diferenciado em Gramado. Tem uma grande área verde muito linda. O prédio é antigo com muitas obras de arte, lembranças de viagens e história de Gramado. O café da manhã é bom. Hotel antigo mas em excelentes condições. Café da manhã sempre ótimo. Funcionários cordiais e atenciosos. Já me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel. Únicas observações que tenho nessa última estadia foi a piscina aquecida que não estava liberada por conta da manutenção que eu entendo que não deveria ser realizada justo em um final de semana, uma vez que a piscina é otima e sempre muito utilizada pelos hóspedes. O outro ponto diz respeito ao tamanho muito pequeno da cama de casal no quarto 501. Acredito que o hotel deveria padronizar nos tamanhos (mínimo queen), pois já fiquei em quarto que o tamanho era queen ou king, esta última foi em casal das pequenas e foi realmente muito desconfortável.

Nosso retorno ao hotel foi decepcionante. Voltamos após alguns anos, com muita vontade e boas lembranças, mas nos deparamos com uma estrutura comprometida — suja, desgastada e distante da qualidade que um dia nos encantou. Agradecemos pela gentileza do hotel em realizar a alteração no tipo de suíte, porém, percebemos que o espaço necessita de uma reforma urgente. As camas são pequenas e desconfortáveis, os móveis estão antigos, e tanto o ar-condicionado quanto a televisão apresentaram falhas constantes, ligando e desligando sozinhos diversas vezes. Em vários pontos, a estrutura geral encontra-se em estado preocupante. O motivo do nosso retorno, o café da manhã — que antes superava inclusive muitos cafés coloniais de Gramado — foi a maior decepção. O que antes era um banquete variado e farto, hoje se resume a um café simples e pobre em opções. Solicitamos reposições e, para nossa surpresa, fomos informados de que não seriam feitas. As geladeiras que antes exibiam frios frescos e variados agora estão praticamente vazias, e a tradicional mesa de frutas, que tanto apreciávamos, não existe mais. O mesmo ocorreu com os salgados, agora muito limitados. É triste ver um hotel tão elegante, com um bosque tão belo e uma história tão marcante, chegar a esse ponto de descuido. Hoje, guardaremos nossas lembranças com base no que o hotel já foi — pois, infelizmente, ele não é mais o mesmo. Agradecemos o respeito dos funcionários. Contudo, diante da experiência atual, não retornaremos.

O quarto estava limpo, o atendimento foi bom, o hotel é um pouco antigo e usa sistemas de gestao um pouco ultrapassadas como fichas etc., porém não atrapalhou a experiência final como uma boa estadia. O ambiente do hotel é lindo, agradavel, ideal para uma estadia a dois.

O hotel é lindo, com uma decoração antiga incrível que rende belíssimas fotos. O entorno é cheio de verde, uma natureza maravilhosa, e uma trilha para passear por dentro da mata. Os pontos negativos foram: cama desconfortável, tinha um buraco no meio (acho que juntaram dois colchões de solteiro), roupa de cama e banho não estavam 100% limpas. O café da manhã foi o pior de todos os lugares que já estive. Por ser um hotel grande, achei que seria bem melhor. Pouca variedade, bolos secos, nada saboroso. Me surpreendi negativamente. E a senhora da recepção não era simpática, nem atenciosa.
