Experiência decepcionante, fomos com muita expectativa pelo que é vendido nas redes sociais. Queríamos que nosso filho aproveitasse muito o dia das crianças e que fosse uma experiência encantadora pra toda família. Chegando lá, tudo era difícil de ser agendado não havendo mais vagas para o dia (chá da tarde, oficina de chocolate etc), a recreação (ponto alto da nossa expectativa) foi extremamente frustrante não só pelo espaco que tinha avarias que não eram consertadas (falta de bateria do carro simulador) como pela má vontade da recreacionista que parecia não fazer questão nenhuma de estar ali e nem promovia um ambiente minimamente acolhedor para as crianças. Fomos esperando também experimentar o chocobar, mas chegando lá a estrutura parecia abandonada. Depois vimos que havia um evento por perto e simplesmente levaram toda a estrutura pra lá, não deixando nada do serviço no hotel para os hóspedes. Apesar de tudo isso, a educação e acolhimento dos funcionários, principalmente da chegada, da loja e do room service, foram os pontos altos da nossa estada, fora o café da manhã que, de fato, é uma experiência única. Por fim, a decoração do quarto é linda e a recepção constante nele muito acolhedora. Apesar dos pontos positivos, no nosso entendimento, o hotel não vale o quanto cobra e existem muitas opções melhores pelo preço em Gramado.

É a segunda vez que ficamos neste hotel, A primeira quando inaugurou. Pelo tempo de uso o prédio está sujo, piscina suja, água suja, paredes sujas e vidros praticamente não são limpos a tempos…. Estacionamento uma bagunça e sujeira. Uma Pena para um hotel tão novo e por Ser focado em uma experiência tão legal. Se ter um cuidado com a limpeza já vai ter uma grande melhora.

Estávamos com bebês e fomos muito bem atendidos. Tem uma boa área kids com espaço para bebês, no café da manhã os cadeirotes são de boa qualidade. Café da manhã muitoo bom, piscina também usamos e estava ótima. Com certeza voltaremos.

Hotel sujo, mal construído e muito mal organizado

Toda estrutura material do hotel é de quinta categoria de qualidade. Dois anos que inaugurou e parece que tem 20. Tudo muito sujo, com aspecto improvisado, o salão do restaurante na verdade é o próprio hall de entrada e a comida é servida ao lado dos elevadores, com circulação de gente até com malas. Detalhes de acabamento estragados, caindo, sujos. Construído entre dois prédios e à frente de um morro, praticamente não bate sol em lugar nenhum! A umidade era tanta que, literalmente, pingava água das gotas de chocolate do acabamento do teto que parecia que ia cair em cima da gente, de tão encharcado de umidade. Ficamos literalmente com medo! Além disso o ar-condicionado não funcionou e passamos frio. Equipe muito atrapalhada no check-in. Fizemos uma pré aquisição de um pacote de doces com pelúcia que seria uma surpresa para as crianças no quarto, mas foi colocado sem a pelúcia, que era o principal item da surpresa! Nossa criança esperava isso e pelas camas escondidas que não estavam escondidas! Chegamos e já estavam colocadas abertas e postas. Ela chorou muito e quis ir embora por essa dupla decepção, terrível! Detalhe que com 7 anos ela mesmo qualificou como HOTEL SUJO! Espaço kids minúsculo… enfim péssimo. Café da manhã bagunçado, ruim, sem organização nenhuma de nada. Pessoas perdidas esperando de pé as mesa sujas sem ninguém para limpar. PocketShow sem graça e o saguão cheio de propagandistas invasivos. Pesadelo!
