The Lake House at PK

The Lake House at PK features 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and the third with 2 twin trundle beds. Two twin size roll away beds are available at no extra charge upon request.

The house has 2 full baths, one with a tub/shower combo and the master offers a walk in shower as well as a large garden tub. The large, open living room features 2 full size sofas with reclining ends as well as a large, comfortable, rocker recliner (easily seating for 7). The 58" Smart TV allows you to sign in to your favorite streaming services. Wireless internet is also provided.

The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, small breakfast table and appliances including a stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Some small appliances are also available, such as a coffee maker, toaster and blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you need including pots and pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, dishes, cups, wine glasses, knives and silverware. A full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room just off of the kitchen.

The large deck is furnished with a patio table and six chairs, a glider and a gas grill. A set of horseshoes and cornhole boards are available for your entertainment. The house also features an attached four car carport.

While the Lake House at PK is NOT water front, it is located just a short distance from several public use areas with boat launches and swim areas. Sandy Beach is one of the most popular public use areas and is located 8 miles from the house. There is a convenience store within walking distance and several restaurants just up the road. Hiking and biking trails are located approximately 5 miles from the house.
