Welcome to our cozy rural guesthouse with pension. Our house is located in a quiet area in the small district of Balzhausen, not far from the Schluchsee, surrounded by beautiful meadows and forests in the Upper Black Forest. It is an ideal starting point for rest and relaxation, as well as for hiking or cycling tours in the picturesque Black Forest. Guests can enjoy a playground and barbecue area, and there is a cross-country ski run and toboggan slope right next to the house. Our guest rooms are modern, bright, and welcoming, offering a harmonious blend of Black Forest tradition and comfortable furnishings. Start your morning with our hearty breakfast to prepare for an eventful day in the Black Forest.

Sehr herzlich und sauber

Pros: Wir haben uns im Löwen sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Vermietung mit Herzblut! Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeberin jederzeit erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, in einem fast 300 Jahre alten Bauernhaus. Einschlafen und Aufwachen mit Kuhglocken Gebimmel :) Das Frühstück wird frisch und individuell zubereitet. So gut es geht versucht die Gastgeberin jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Auch Insider-Tipps sind inklusive. Karin kennt sich im Umland sehr gut aus und gibt dies auch gerne weiter. Die Lage ist in alle Richtungen ideal für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und schicken viele Grüße!
