  • Child friendly, cosy chalet "Kelly", 1'500 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1997. In the district of Bina 1.2 km from the centre of Grächen, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to 50 m from the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at 50 m. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 500 m, bar, bus stop 50 m, 2 km. Tennis 400 m, cable car 500 m, ski lift, gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school, sled run, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Free parking near the house, across the street. Fenced garden with playground (swing) for shared use is available on the neighbouring property (opposite). Private ski room with boot heating system is next to the Hanigalp mountain railway.

Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve cet appartement, tant par sa situation, la vue magnifique depuis le balcon et l'aménagement général. La propriétaire est disponible et serviable. Seul petit bémol : quelques chaînes francophones tv autre que rsr seraient bienvenues ; de même un aspirateur pour une location de plus d'une semaine. A noter qu'un chien est bienvenu, ce qui est appréciable, les promenades ne manquent pas...

Der erste Eindruck war des Hauses war nicht der beste Niemand der Vermieter vor Ort während des Aufenthaltes , Parkplatz nicht wirklich 50 m entfernt vom Haus , Kühlschrank nicht sauber, Treppe zur Wohnung sehr eng mit Hund nicht zu empfehlen, beim Haupeingang hatte es Zigarettenstummel am Boden Alles in allem nicht wirklich super Aber für 5 Nächte war es okay

Se trata de un apartamento abuhardillado fantástico, con buena ubicación, en un lugar tranquilo, pero a la vez de fácil acceso. Es muy cómodo, está bien equipado y limpio, con amplias habitaciones y una terraza con hermosas vistas a las montañas y al teleférico de Grächen. Además, goza de un aparcamiento a poca distancia de la casa. Los propietarios, muy amables, nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino como detalle de bienvenida. En fin, pasamos unos días excepcionales en un lugar maravilloso.

Gemütliches Chalet sonnige Lage

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, dass sie im gleichen Haus wohnen, hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, da man sie kaum bemerkt, gesehen hat. Das Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen, man muss jedoch einigermassen gut zu Fuss sein. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, haben wunderbar geschlafen.

Leuk appartement

Gezellig appartement. Het is niet heel ruim, maar alles zit erop en eraan. Er was ook een vaatwasser en wifi. Met de luiken zijn de slaapkamers lekker donker te maken. Supermooie omgeving. 10 minuutjes omhoog lopen en je bent in het dorp.

Das Chalet Kelly ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles wie beschrieben! Gemütlich und sauber und sehr nette Vermieter! Würden jederzeit wieder dort Ferien verbringen!
