Villa Quisisana is located in the western part of Graal-Müritz, at the corner of Onkel-Bräsig Straße and Kurstraße. All terraces and balconies face Kurstraße. On Kurstraße, you’ll find several restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, a spa physician, a library, the Sparkasse, a boutique, and much more. At the end of Kurstraße lies the Rhododendron Park.
The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is situated between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost completely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest. Graal-Müritz has a population of about 4,000. The town offers a variety of shopping options. Attractions include the 350-meter-long pier, the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdner houses, the Graal-Müritz church with its 26-meter-high tower, and the Ribnitz raised bog.

The open-concept kitchen, featuring a dining table, two chairs, and a dining bench, is integrated into the living room and is equipped with, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
