"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "The view from our front door felt like it was not even real. Truly breathtaking! The customer service was unbeatable, so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We were set up with beautiful hikes with awesome views and waterfalls. It was a highlight of our entire European vacation! My only regret is that we didn't stay longer! "
