Our overall experience was good. As warned in the 13 page pdf document that comes with the listing, the power can go out. It did because of a severe thunderstorm our 1st night. It was restored by the authorities the following morning, which compared some other places I know, was very fast.
have given the place a 5 start rating if it hadn't been for poor communication with the care taker and some maintenance issues.
The house on the inside is great. Clean, comfortable had all supplies we needed (minor issue with the kettle leaking). The outdoor space looks good, but some aspects are not well maintained. While the pool was clea, however the chair cushions had mold, there were no functioning umbrellas at the pool. For going to the beach there one umbrella and one chair were broken. The other chair was partially broken, but still useable. There was no light from the parking space to the entrance gate. The Direct TV and Chrome cast stop working within 24 hours of each other.
We notified the caretaker of all thr above. He was very slow to respond (average of 8 hours or more), if he responded at all. That was our biggest issue.
Overall, it was a good experience.
