BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY
A private gated award winning Goldstar certified premier community located in the town of Gouldsboro in the Pocono Mountains with 2 lakes; Big Bass Lake and Larsen Lake.
Big Bass Lake Amenities are accessible with separate payment of amenities passes which includes:
2 lake beaches
Recreation center with indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, TreeTop lounge
Clubhouse with heated outdoor pool/splash pad and Passing the Thyme eatery

Snow tubing/Sledding hill

BIG BASS LAKE COMMUNITY RULES AND FEES
Big Bass requires that ALL guests be registered with the Community Association at least 3 days prior to check-in. Renters must 25 years or older.
MANDATORY REGISTRATION FEE -$50
Additional $50 for any bookings made within 7 days of check in.
No registrations within 3 days of check in
CHANGES TO REGISTRATION FORM -$15 per request
OPTIONAL Amenities Passes Fees
Weekdays: $8 per person per day
Weekends: $10 per person per day
Please note that the above fees are imposed by and go directly to the Big Bass Community. They are not host fees, but we are required to collect these fees from our guests.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Registration forms and $50 fee are required to be filed with Big Bass Lake Community no later than 3 days prior to check in
2. ALL guests, including children must be listed on the registration form
3. Big Bass is a gated community and all guests will be checked against the registration form upon check in.
Access to our home is through self check in with keyless entry from an electronic smart lock
• You are welcome to use the lake at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision.
• Parking for up to 5 vehicles
• Big Bass Lake amenities access with purchase of guest passes
