"Expedia confirmed our booking. When we arrived the hotel was closed and when we called someone picked up and hung up on us. Be mindful that the last 15 km are on a dangerous mountain road without guardrail and any ability to pass any other car most of the time. Safe yourself a headache and skip this horrible experience."

"Location is great, walking distance from ski front. However the property comes with no towels, no bedding sheets, no toilet paper or shower gel /shampoo, etc. all the basics that you would expect in this day & age were not provided, especially for such a price. I have never experienced something like this (no towels? No bedding sheets? Beds were bare and not the cleanest) I am not sure how Expedia allows something like this, I believe there are minimum basics expectations from hosts to provide to guests. Very disappointing."
