「Good location for Amsterdam East. Very clean, perfect size for 4 people spending most of their time out and about. Very good value for money」

「We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. 「Room smelt very bad and even after having the windows open the whole time the smell didn’t cease 」

「Easy check in at Yays Maritime hotel nearby with complimentary taxi to the crane. Spotlessly clean, fun place to stay. Bikes provided, but only a short walk to Amsterdam Central station. 」

「This is a fully unmanned hotel. If any issues arise, communication is only possible via WhatsApp, and immediate assistance is not available. During my stay, there was a sewage-like odor, a broken air conditioner, and a clogged kitchen sink. The explanation regarding the cancellation and refund was inconsistent.」

「well positioned easly connected to.the city center by public transport」
