「Friendly staff, clean rooms, good parking, great breakfast!」

「There is a great oceanfron view from this property. The Sandbar on the premises is good for a light bite and/or cocktails, it overlooks the massive Pier on Jax Beach. If you are not a family/child person the pool scene is chaotic, childern runing jumping yelling etc. If you are going specifically for the beach location, you will be happy. While the property does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas, " Beach Life Rental"s, located directly in front of the hotel at the Jacksonville Beach...

「There is a need to upgrade the cleanliness in the common areas of this hotel. The room was clean and the pool was nice. The hot tub was not as clean as the rest of the pool area.」

「Every interaction with hotel staff positive and helpful. Checkin easy and quick, breakfast staff sweet and helpful. We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the hotel was full and busy, but the staff keeping pool area and grounds looking attractive. We had two "ocean view" rooms, but some "ocean views" better than others. I would ask for higher floors and avoid rooms over the pool for less noise and better views. $20 for breakfast buffet a little pricey, but we partook anyway and glad we did. Food...

「This was one of the hotels I really enjoyed they have a whole refrigerator, hot top, plates, utensils, and let’s not forget the Free Breakfast from 6-9am. The staff is very welcoming, nice, friendly, and understanding. When I visit Jacksonville again this will be my hotel every stay I really enjoyed it all.」
