I stayed 5 nights. Easy access to Cinqua Terra and all I was looking for was a great room with really good air conditioning close to LaSpezia Centrale & low room rates. . Which is what I got. As a solo traveler, no one complained. The room was clean and had maintanance issues like shower door collapsed and I had NO HOT water for 2 nights, Once I checked in - the attendant showed me to my room and told me some if community details. The place grew on me on my last night I found a terrace...

Great people, great place, definitely get your bang for your buck.

This Hotel/hostel is very well run and in an extremely convenient location. There are a lot of activities at the hotel itself as well nice shops and restaurants nearby. There are private rooms which are basic, but clean and comfortable.

It was right there in town, instructions where easy to follow. Had my own room with shared bathrooms, which where very clean. Short walk to Pisa tower and not to far from the train station. Great price
