「駅のすぐ隣にある上に公共の駐車場もすぐ近くにあって、電車でも車でもアクセスが便利。12階建の近代的なビルの中にあり、施設も快適。部屋の中も綺麗に清掃されていました。室内の冷蔵庫も十分に冷えていてすぐに使う事ができました。 それほど広い町ではないので、運河が張り巡らされた旧市街も徒歩圏内で、散策を楽しむことができました。 チェックインもチェックアウトもスムーズでした。」

「The staff is kind and friendly. Far away from the central station of Leiden, howeve, the bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Much appreciated if the room has a bath tub (they told me that they do not have a room with bath tub) Also, you may need to buy something at the central station before you come to this hotel as there is no spurmarket nere this hotel.」

「Ich war mit einer Freundin unterwegs und zum ersten Mal in Ihrem Haus. Wir waren in jeglicher Hinsicht sehr zufrieden. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die herzlichen und freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit großem Balkon und geräumigem Bad.
