「Such a cozy, well-appointed place! The perfect size and location for what we needed. No need for a car—we were walking distance from downtown Raleigh, and a quick scooter/bike ride from the bus station to get to Durham. Strolling the historic Oakwood neighborhood in the morning was lovely. Definitely check out the brunch at Longleaf Swine right on the corner—it blew us away. 「This is a fantastic place to stay in Raleigh for any reason. The only downside is they have some strict rules about the # of people in the apartment and quiet hours. Other than that everything was wonderful.」

「In town for a graduation and recovering from surgery. I wanted to stay longer. Definitely will be back. Walking distance to downtown. And definitely slot of stairs but worth the view from the rooftop. Spent my morning soaking in the sun.The neighbor is changing so I did get approached by a homeless man who I shared a conversation and provided a meal.」

「We stayed here for 2 months during a temporary work assignment. The house was perfect size for the two of us and has a nice small yard and front porch to get outside on. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or issues we ran into during our visit. We would definitely stay here again if the circumstances needed us in this area.」
