「We enjoyed our stay and Marco was a terrific host. He provided lots of information and recommendations for an easy stay. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, walkable and only 10 short minutes to downtown by car or 7-minutes to Sky Lagoon or the beach. I would recommend and stay here again. The rental is up one flight of stairs to the main level. The ground level is a separate apartment and the rental listing is for the upper two floors and requires 14-stairs to access. 」

「We loved our stay - right in the water! Views were amazing, kitchen was well stocked and the rooms comfortable. There are only 3 bedrooms though - but plenty of beds. We had one upset teen who had to sleep in the family room which was a bummer. But the house is nice and the private guest house was a great quiet space. 」

「Great location for visiting the Golden Circle. Lovely view. Good restaurant nearby. Kids loved the hot tub. Very clan, good Wi-Fi, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. 」

「Check in was easy, the cottage is in a gated neighborhood and the directions for entry were clear. Kitchen had lots of accessories to make cooking easy. 」

「Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts.」

「Modern, warm in winter, easy to get into town and nice quiet spot for aurora viewing (if nature cooperates)」

「Our stay was super relaxing. The home was actually better than expected. And communication with the host was quick and responsive. We had no issues whatsoever. The little town was great. Had some nice options for dinner. We really used the home as base camp as we explored as many areas within Iceland that our brief time allowed. "レンタカーでの移動でしたが、ホテルの駐車場も停めやすく、街中にも車で移動し、簡単に駐車場を見つけられます。深夜に大型スーパーに買い出しに行くこともでき､現地の生活に触れることができました。オーロラはツアーに参加し、見ることができました。ダイヤモンドビーチには往復10時間のドライブでしたが、良かったです。ホテルの朝食は素晴らしいです。"
