「The whirlpool did not work and management did nothing to fix it. After many generic (AI generated) mails back and forth someone was sent over on the 2nd day and later they admitted, a part would need to be replaced as the pool could not maintain the temperature. Very disappointing and frustrating, as we booked the accommodation because of the whirlpool. We also had the feeling that the issue was known beforehand, which makes it false advertising.」

「The host was very communicative throughout the whole process, there was a grocery store within easy walking distance, plenty of parking for rentals, and several bus stops near by. I woukd definitely stay again if I come back to Iceland with a large group again!」
