"The property was clean, very well priced and hosts were polite. A good amount of table and kitchenware was supplied so you could easily cook for yourself. There were two coffee machines, one was broken however and the other was a pod machine but we didn’t bring pods. There were two areas of attention. Firstly, we stayed on the 8th floor in the 3 bedroom apartment. There was no air conditioning. To me this was a surprise as I don’t even check for a/c anymore as you just expect everywhere has...

"We have just stayed here and actually really loved it until we were told our dogs damaged a couch when they absolutely did not!! Our dogs were outside the whole weekend except for a short time inside and sitting on the floor with us there the whole time. The manager did not listen to us. We have 5 star rating and leave places cleaner than we find them...I am not impressed with this dishonest treatment!!!!!"
