立地も良いわりに静か。プールは小さいがジャグジー、バーベキュー場完備。部屋は高層階17階建でなくても海が見えます。部屋の掃除はオーダーすれば入るようです。部屋で調理したりする場合一通り揃っているので便利です。総合的にいいと思います。おすすめです

very nice

大変快適に過ごすことができました。まるで我が家にいるかのようにリラックス。日本と違って、電気製品の説明が一切ないけれど、電話して問い合わせたら、部屋まで来て説明していただけました。街中から、少しだけ離れているので、便利だけど静かでした。

トラムのサーファーズパラダイス駅前でとても便利な場所にあり、お部屋からの眺望もとても良いです。タオル類の交換はなく、トイレが流れにくいのが難点です。

友人3人で2ベッドルームを利用。角部屋で海も見えてリビングスペースも広々。バスルームがそれぞれにあるのがよかった。立地も騒がしすぎないところだしオススメ。

部屋は清潔で広く、とても快適に過ごせました。バルコニーはとても広かったので海を眺めながら朝食をとりました。ホテルのプールエリアにはジャグジーの他、BBQエリアもあります。スタッフは英語のみですがとても親切で、チェックインまで荷物を預かってもらえて助かりました。エントランスは夜間ロックされるのでカードキー必携で

サーファーズパラダイス中心部より少し離れてるので案外静かで快適です。中心までも歩いて巣後の距離なのでウールワース等に買出しにも非常に便利です。バスタブがないのが残念でしたが、キッチンも洗濯機もあり便利でした。洗剤もスポンジも用意されてました。オーシャンビューの部屋に宿泊したので。ニューイヤー花火も綺麗に見れました。じゃっかんＱ１ゴールドコーストホテルに花火が隠れるぐらいです。宿泊費とデポジット１００ドルはカードで決済しました。パスポートは全員分最初に提示します。エレベーターはカードをセンサー部分にタッチさせないと動かないので注意です。フロントは日本語が通じませんが、まぁ、なんとかなります＾＾；

ゴールドコースト着が早朝だったため、レンタカーで早い時間にホテルに到着。さすがにチェックインはできませんでしたが、駐車はさせていただきました。チェックインも13時過ぎには可能でした。アパートメントホテルなので広さも設備も十分。眺めも良くタワマンに住んでいるみたいでした。バスタブはありませんでしたが、シャワーヘッドが可動式なのは良かったです。少し歩けば海やショッピングにも行けます。有名なパンケーキ屋さんもすぐ近くです。日本語は通じないようでしたが、そんなに困りませんでした。値段も安く泊まれて大満足です。

ルームが広くて快適！

私の部屋のＴＶ放送が映らなかったのでフロントに伝えると迅速に対応してもらいました。私は、短期の滞在だったので使いませんでしたが、調理器具や道具が揃っているし、洗濯機や乾燥機もあるので家族利用や長期滞在に向いていると思いました。

The room was clean and there was a clear instruction for visitors to follow to keep the room clean and to make the environment appropriate for those who stay. I would like to reserve this place again if I would have a chance to come back.

立地はいい方だと思いますが、大人名でエクストラベッドを希望していたにも関わらず、キングサイズのベット1つのみ。あくまでも希望がであり、確約ではないものの、旅行中ずっとソファで寝ることになるのは辛かったです。

良い滞在でした

ビーチまで徒歩3分程度でした。街の中心地へのアクセスも徒歩5分程度で便利です。展望台の向かいのため、夜でも迷うことはありませんでした。

Relatively clean and good location but...

The room was quite large with a refrigerator and a freezer, I liked it. Wifi wasn't free, and not inexpensive, I didn't like it... The worst thing was that I found a cockroach in my bed room.

気楽な滞在

ゴルフ旅行でしたので、洗濯機と乾燥機のあるコンドミニアムとして選びました。部屋も広く、隣の声も聞こえず、コストパフォーマンスに優れていると思います。　唯一の不満？といえばパーキングのシャッターの開閉がスムーズでなかったことくらいです。

快適でした。

部屋はとても広く清潔で、立地も便利な場所で最高でした！ただ、チェックイン時、担当の人が途中で席を外し、そのまま放置され、、、隣のカウンターの方はどんどんチェックインしていくので、言うと、丁寧に対応していただき、フォローしてくれました。

1週間滞在しましたが、とても快適に、過ごせました。部屋もとても清潔で、調理器具やアメニティーも、充実していました、そしてホテルのスタッフも親切でとても良かったです。又、泊まりたいです。ただし、オーストラリアの物価の高さに驚きました。

Large room with amazing views. The lift sounded like it would not make it 17 levels which was worrying. The staff were lovely and couldn’t not have been more helpful.

Great apartment, quite spacious and clean, close to the beach and just a stones throw from the tram. Nearby restaurants. It was very clean and the staff were professional. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 7 nights, hotel was in a perfect location, close to the tram line, Caville Ave, beach. The room was amazing on the 14th floor with a beautiful ocean view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back again.

We were disappointed in aspects of our stay. We had an overzealous membership sales woman trying to sell us hard like an Amway rep. To the point of us being pestered. The pool was filthy. Cloudy, slimy, milky. We booked this place largely for the pool. There were filthy used dinner plates the past guest put inthe cupboard without washing them. We let the staff know all this and no one seems overly concerned and didn’t offer anything to offset our dismay. The room we had was nice and clean and well appointed which was nice
