Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, along with access to the resort facilities, subject to resort rules, availability and management policies.



One parking space is also provided for your convenience.



Other Things to Note:

• Check-in from 2:00pm

• Check-out by 10:00am

• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional charge and can only be confirmed within three days of arrival

• Midday is the maximum early check-in or late check-out extension available

• If you require access before midday, we recommend booking the previous evening to guarantee an early arrival

• Detailed arrival and access instructions will be provided prior to your stay



◆ House Rules

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbouring residents, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

• No parties or events

• No Schoolies bookings

• No hens or bucks parties

• No weddings

• Quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00am

• Primary guest must be at least 24 years old

• Adult bookings may be subject to age and purpose-of-stay verification

• Cats are strictly not permitted

• Dogs may be considered with prior management approval

• A $300 pet fee applies per approved dog and is charged separately after approval

• Guests requesting to bring a dog must provide the breed, nature and a photo prior to approval

• Unapproved pets may incur additional charges

To help you settle in comfortably, complimentary starter amenities are provided upon arrival. These may include:

Starter amenities are intended to assist with your arrival and are not replenished during your stay.



◆ Payment Schedule

For bookings outside of Airbnb:

• A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your dates

• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in

• For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking

• Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the payment terms and schedules of the relevant booking platform



◆ Important Notice | Indoor Pool & Facilities Closure

The indoor pool and adjoining toilets will be unavailable from 12 August to 30 November due to scheduled maintenance works.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding
